Finally! Phew.
This afternoon I completed and uploaded the msgpad beta. It was one hell of a week.
After this experience there is no doubt in my mind that you have to set a delivery date and make sure that you meet it. I had to cut some functionality to make my deadline but the system is functional and I'm still happy.
I'll email all the registered beta testers tomorrow with details.
For now you can take a peek at "msgpad":http://msgpad.com if you like. The tour section will eventually be fleshed out. I've also disabled the join feature so the only way to get in to msgpad during the Beta is to be invited.
